DO NOT BE SUSPICIOUS, BUT BE INFORMED
Definition of scammer: A person or agency whose primary purpose it's to steal money from you with the pretensions of establishing a relationship leading to marriage dishonestly.
You will be surprised how much scammers are on the Internet. You can find their photos and stories by visiting URLs in the bottom of the page . Sometimes we are getting from these girls photos and emails asking to place their information into our database. Sure, they spam actively many agencies and "free" servers at the first place to have more "clients".
That's why our network agencies don't accept profiles through Internet and our ladies MUST visit one of Network's offices to place their ads. We also prefer don't submit profiles from the cities where we have no agents, and don't accept applications where is only a postal box as contact information. We have all ladies home addresses and phone numbers to keep really close contacts with them. Our local agents must have a knock on the door capability for any profile they post. These are rules. Some of our agencies even check passports before accept applications.
If you use a dating server where it's possible for women to place their ads online or an agency submits profiles from various cities by internet, I recommend you to check my list of the sites about scam (in the bottom) from time to time (as I do regularly to keep our database clean), especially if your lady is asking for money. Yes, yes, even if you are in love already. Just ask yourself - ain't you in love with a mirage.
Don't fall in love via e-mail. You may correspond with a man or with a professional psychologist or with a writer who was hired by a criminal organisation just to pump money from foreigners. They can use any photo (not always very attractive) and any email. They can correspond with you several months before asking for money for the first time, so don't rely solely on the letters (even 20 wonderful letters or even more). You need to know warning signs and typical scenario of a scammer, especially if you give your ad at Classifieds or use free dating servers. Please be warned that it is impossible for a single russian woman to get a visa to travel to USA under any circumstances even with help from "high power relatives" or "university associates". Americans MUST meet the lady and get the K1 visa to bring her to USA.
If you only suspect that you correspond with a scammer, send an info to her agency and to one of the sites below (if you have an evidence already), and just forget her, delete the letters and move on. There are much worse things that can happen to a person.... Take this lesson and move on. And remember, not all russian women or agencies are fraudulent.
Don't be suspicious, but be informed ."Send no money", "Do not buy expensive presents", "Do not start with a vacation for 2 in paradise" - these are simple rules that will help you not to be disappointed by your searches. INFORM YOUR AGENCY ABOUT EACH MONEY REQUEST AND MONEY TRANSFER to help us - and yourself - against dishonest women. We will do all what we can. What exactly? We will just remove forever those asking for money, especially from more than one man.
